Morgan is the owner and sole practitioner of Underdog Physical Therapy and Performance. She is a physical therapist and running coach who specializes in treating athletic injuries and pelvic floor conditions. With over six years of experience in both treatment and coaching, Morgan is passionate about helping patients and athletes of all abilities—from a mom hoping to reduce postpartum incontinence, to a runner aiming to break 3 hours in the marathon without aggravating a previous Achilles injury, to someone seeking to become more active while alleviating knee pain.
Morgan began her education studying Athletic Training at Temple University, then earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Rutgers University. She is also a Fellow of Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute, a v.O2 certified running coach, and is currently pursuing her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialty from CES. She has taken continuing education courses from several respected institutions, including the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, Pelvic Global, and the Postural Restoration Institute.
Morgan is a runner herself, having completed three marathons and countless other races. She also enjoys strength training, swimming, and boxing. She is currently returning to running after the birth of her first baby in October 2024, and is training for the Broad Street Run. When she isn’t working with patients and athletes, Morgan can be found spending time with her husband, baby, and dog—or cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
